practice with me
You can find me on Thursday evenings at FlowLDN, Fitzrovia for Slow Flow, Dynamic and Yin Yoga Classes, as well as covering other classes at FlowLDN, Oru Space + Lost in Yoga.
1:1’s are available, please reach out to discuss both at home & in studio (central London) options.
SLOW|NIDRA
Starting with gentle movement to settle into the body in the space you have allowed for yourself, I will then guide you through a Yoga Nidra practice - a deeply meditative relaxation where all you need to do is lie down and make yourself as comfortable as possible.
If you have any questions about Yoga Nidra, then please do get in touch.

Yoga brick / thick book (not always needed, but useful to have if you would like/need to modify your practice).
YIN + Nidra
The Yin training I received was centred around Traditional Chinese Medicine theories, working with both the seasons and organ pairings via use of the meridian lines in the body to work deep into our energetic channels and fascia.
I believe that a Yin practice ends beautifully with a Yoga Nidra. You can visit my ‘nidra’ page to learn more about Yoga Nidra.

Fascia flossing
1:1
This is one of my favourite ways to teach. We can work together toward a goal, or simply take some sweet mellow time to shift inner perspectives. Hands on adjustments are a wonderful part of 1:1 classes, as I have the time to really focus on aiding your practice. Option to add on a 15 minute Nidra after savasana to make the class up to 75 minutes.
Classes are 60 mins.
I live in London, Zone 1. Classes can either be taught at your home, or at a central London Studio. I’m also open to teaching online.
Fascia Flossing ! Learning ‘The Floss’ from Bonnie Crotzer was one of the best things I did. Flossing allows us to exfoliate our fascia from the inside out. We contract while elongating the muscles (pandiculation) which exfoliates and ‘flosses’ our fascia - neat ! We get deep into our fascial layers and plains to help aid with posture, unwind structural issues and increase lymph + digestive flow. We release blockages in the body to allow our energy to flow freely, and give our organs a good energetic workout too !
